Low Price and Quick Delivery Guarantee: Being a Manufacturer and maintaining low overheads we are able to sell our high quality products at competitive prices. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Shoppers are charged just $2.00 (AUD) for delivery for each order in the Sydney Metro Area, no matter how large your order. So the more you order, the more you save!
Delivery: We guarantee prompt delivery. We fill orders within 2 working days whenever possible. If we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, give you a refund.
Refund or Replacement: If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, tell us why and then just return it (unopened in original packaging) for a replacement or refund.
Security: We provide secure shopping 24 hours a day. Payment is on delivery using your Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Cheque. This separation insures security of your details. For regular Credit Card customers, details are kept in an offline system unless directly requested otherwise.
